Bluegrass developed an important ‘step up’ leadership program to improve the market penetration, profile, brand alignment and business development effectiveness of key executives within Arcadis. The program was tailored and aimed at improving personal skills in relevant areas, by working with each executive and mentoring them on an individual basis to develop and implement an agreed personal plan. The program is ongoing.
