Sam's professional career has extended over 20 years across financial services, creative services, and property sectors, 15 years of which was spent within the property sector with experience across a broad range of property sectors including residential, retail, tourism, childcare, sporting facilities, high streets, urban renewal, and entertainment and leisure projects, including a strong emphasis on community and stakeholder engagement.

Douglas brings to Bluegrass 25 years experience in the finance industry and government and a proven track record in complex strategic change management involving a wide range of entities, products and structures. Most recently this has included the development of a fintech startup.
During his time in government, he was intimately involved in restructuring the Commonwealth superannuation policies and structure. With direct CEO experience, Douglas understands the pressures faced by business leaders within today's dynamic, challenging marketplaces.
