Erica has a broad experience base in environmental management, sustainable development, local government and community engagement. She is a highly experienced trainer, project manager and successful facilitator.

Erica has consulted primarily to the resource industry in Australia and overseas, and has also worked in a number of local government disciplines covering environmental management, policy and strategy development, change management, organisational management and corporate planning.
